Which class is best for me?
What is the difference between Yoga and Pilates?
While there are many different forms; Yoga, Pilates classes contain exercises that are continuously moving. While some Yoga exercises and poses flow, many Yoga poses, stretches, and positions tend to be held for longer periods of time. Yoga also incorporates meditation and mindfulness while Pilates focuses on strict concentration to achieve proper movement techniques while firing very specific muscles and muscle groups. Both are great additions to any fitness routine!
